The book is the fruit of the author’s interest in the figure of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) that has developed over more than forty years of her scholarly life. This interest, later on, was deepened by reading the poetical and mystical literature of the Muslim world. Her fascination with the development of the veneration of the Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) and its reflection in literature, especially poetry, resulted in the form of the present book that is offered here.
